CORE Personnel
Management - A human resource management system using Microsoft Windows,
providing personnel administration, organisation charting as well as the
generation of standard reports, letters and easy generation of non standard
reports. In addition, the system provides performance management tools
which enable goal setting and evaluation, skills audit and skills gap
analysis, and role development and profiling..
